1. Check-in
On international sailings, be at the port at least 1 hour before departure for passport and customs control. A late passenger's ticket may be treated as unused.
2. Tickets
Tickets are personal and cannot be transferred. Passenger details must match the passport.
3. Cancellations and refunds
Conditions depend on the ticket type and the carrier's tariff; the rules shown at purchase apply. If the carrier cancels a sailing, the fare is refunded or moved to another sailing.
4. Changes
Date / time changes depend on availability and any fare difference.
5. Luggage
A reasonable amount of personal luggage per passenger is allowed; carriers may charge for extra or oversized luggage.
6. Pets and vehicles
Pets are accepted under the carrier's rules with health documents. Vehicle passengers need registration, driving licence and green card insurance.
7. Travel documents
Passengers are responsible for a valid passport, visa (or visa-on-arrival approval) and other required documents. No refund may be due if a passenger is refused boarding for missing documents.
