- Identity: name, surname, date of birth, nationality, passport / ID number
- Contact: phone, e-mail, address
- Transaction: booking, ticket, payment and invoice details
- Vehicle (if any): plate and registration details
- Technical: IP address, browser and cookie data
3. Purposes
Selling tickets and making bookings, notifying passenger lists to the carrier and to port / customs authorities, payment and invoicing, customer support, legal obligations and, with your consent, marketing messages.
4. Legal grounds
Performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interest and, where required, your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5).
5. Transfers
Your data may be shared, limited to the purpose, with carrier shipping companies, port and customs authorities, Greek authorities (on international sailings), payment institutions and legally authorised bodies.
6. Retention
Data is kept for as long as the purpose and the applicable law require, and is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Your rights
