Buyer (Passenger): the person whose details are entered during booking.
2. Subject
This agreement sets out the rights and obligations for the sea passenger ticket bought online through Express Bilet Turizm. The carriage is provided by the relevant shipping company (carrier); the agency issues the ticket on the carrier's behalf.
3. Ticket and payment
The fare, including port taxes and service fees, is shown on the payment page. Once payment is confirmed, the ticket is sent to the buyer by e-mail and SMS.
4. Right of withdrawal
Under the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for passenger transport services to be performed on a specific date or period. Cancellations and refunds follow the carrier rules described in our General Terms.
5. Buyer's obligations
The buyer is responsible for passenger details matching the passport, for valid travel documents such as passport and visa, and for being at the port before departure.
6. Disputes
Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction over disputes.
