KOS by HYDROFOIL & FERRY
A day trip to this birthplace of Hippocrates will add color to your holidays and Bodrum Express gets you there fast in approximately 15 minutes, before the daily siesta closes all facilities and attractions. RHODES by HYDROFOIL
There is much to see in Rhodes and you will have more time to see it if you go there by the hydrofoil in approximately 2 hrs. 10 mins. (weather permitting) The walled Old City is a labyrinth of narrow streets and cobbled alleys with attractions on every corner, from intriguing shops to the place of the Grand Master of the Knights of St. John. Rhodes was once the bastion
of this powerful religious brotherhood which adorned the city spoils of war and profits of trade and the monuments of that age are grand indeed. Outside the walls is a bustling modern city with gardens, beaches and extensive shopping oppurtunities, and a bit further afield is delightful Lindos, a sparkling white village set below an imposing acropolis.

KALYMNOS by Ferry or by Hydrofoil
The real name of Kalymnos is "The Island of the Sponge Fishermen" and Kalymnos is the center for all the Greek sponge fisherman. Kalymnos which is only a little away from Turgutreis and by Ferry 70 minutes or by Hydrofoil 25 minutes. The Island is more quite and orderly than the other island.

 

 

The capital, Pothia in the shape is like an ampthiheater. The other distinctive cities are Vathi and Emporios. There are numerous gardens, spring and archaeological ruins; Cyclopean Walls, remains of miken and graves from Homeric times. (These graves are believed to be of those who have returned from Trojan War) the jewels which have been excavated are now in British MMuseum.

Almost all in the colorfull mansions and houses face the sea. Byzantine churces, as well as a Middle Age Castle, diving scholl, an Archaeology Museum and Maritime Museum are present on the island.

LEROS by HYDROFOIL - The onnection is from Turgutreis to Leros takes 65 minutes by hydro.
